Op basis van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het vak zijn er extra paragrafen toegevoegd aan de hoofdstukken 4, 9, 12 en 16. Hoofdstuk 1, 2 en 15 zijn inhoudelijk hier en daar aangepast. De overige hoofstukken hebben nauwelijks of slechts enkele kleine aanpassingen ondergaan.
