But I do know, however, that I will return one day to Africa to learn its true history, to unravel its mysteries, to walk down its endless routes and trails, to enter the magic of its legends; to become entranced in its wild and rough places, to enjoy its seas and deserts, its heavy rains or sandstorms, its shiny moons or bright sunshine.
I will live again with its people to dream again I am a bird that flies over this vast geography, a painter who slowly captures the colour of its scenery, or a writer who gradually plots with her pen, all that this great nondescript continent dictates.
