Improving Your Writing and Speaking consists of two parts: writing and speaking. The writing part is divided into two modules: 'Correspondence' and 'Report writing'. The speaking part is divided into four modules: 'Presentations', 'Group discussions', 'Face to face' and 'Telephoning'. Each module starts off with a brief introduction, followed by questions. You analyse texts and scripts, write your own texts and give presentations. At the end of each module you are provided with a short case to test your skills. The book helps you to improve your oral and writing skills through in-class assignments and peer interaction. Very useful for your (international business) career!
