Verdwenen in Duitsland vertelt het verhaal van elf slachtoffers van het concentratiekamp in het Oost-Friese dorpje Engerhafe. Dit kamp werd als een buitenkamp van Neuengamme ingericht ten behoeve van de aanleg van de zogenaamde Friesenwall. Er vielen in het korte bestaan van dit kamp in totaal 188 slachtoffers.
