In Landschap in veelvoud. België en de enscenering van het pittoreske landschap in het negentiende-eeuwse album en boek wordt de pittoreske kunst opnieuw in haar volle breedte in kaart gebracht. Dat gebeurt op basis van nooit eerder gebruikt materiaal, verzameld in een ongemeen rijke private collectie van voornamelijk lithografische albums en geïllustreerde uitgaven uit de eerste helft van de negentiende eeuw.

De organisatie zoals we ze vandaag kennen startte in 1895 als fietsclub en was vanaf dag één een enorm succes. Dit boek vertelt de geschiedenis van de organisatie, een verhaal met verrassende wendingen dat niet toevallig parallel loopt met de evoluties en revoluties in de wereld van de mobiliteit, onze mobiliteit.
